| Directional Arrows | Client owned arrow signs installed by PSPCo. (1-3 arrows) | $5 |
| Opt. 1: Install Agent Rider | Agent rider left on-site or in PSPCo. possession at time of install | FREE |
| Opt. 2: Install Agent Rider | Trip outside of original install date to install agent rider | $10 |
| Damaged Post Fee | Irreparable damage to original post at install site, requiring installation of new post | $30 |
| Lost or Missing Post | Original post missing, requiring installation of new post | $75 |
| Reset/Relocate Post | Move post to a different location on property, requiring extra trip to property | $10 |
| Refusal by Owner/Tenant | Unable to install post due to owner/tenant refusal | $10 |
| Incorrect Address Fee | Incorrect address given for installation, requiring extra trip to property | $10 |
| Trip Fee | Extra trip to property outside of original install date | $10 |
| Billing Late Fee | Fee per billing cycle that invoice is past due | 5% of invoice |
